Group Classes
We have a range of different classes including CURCUIT, THUMP®, BOXING, "PUMP IT UP", Pump Express, Zumba, Pilates or YOGALATIES class. You can get a full list by downloading our class timetable.
Our staff are continually training in the latest techniques and use the latest motivating music. If you know of any other classes we don't have that you are interested in trying, just talk to our friendly trainers and we may be able to organise to add it to our list.
Thump™ Boxing for Fitness
This is a high energy 45 minute class that works the muscles and gives a sensational cardio burn. Designed specifically for fitness and muscle tone, you can feel the fat melt away as you punch focus pads with a partner. Additional exercises are thrown in to make sure you get a complete top to toe workout.

Pump - 1 hour
Using barbells to strengthen and tone, this class is all about shaping your body to heart thumping music. By varying the weight of your barbell to suit your fitness and strength level this class is designed to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. You will be amazed the difference that a 6 week block of pump classes will make.

Pump Express
A 45 minute express pump class for those short on time.

YogaLaties
A combination of Yoga and Pilates, this exercises routine is all about "length and strength". Set to music, this 45 minute class will improve your core stability and flexibility, challenging you from the outside in and leaving you feeling invigorated.

Zumba
Want to get your grove on? Then this is the class for you! This Latin dance class will have you sweating and getting fit in no time. Be prepared to laugh and have a ball while melting away those calories. Who knew exercise could be so much fun!

Circuit Class
This class is a combination of aerobic (fitness) and anaerobic (muscle tone) exercises that are set out as rotating exercise stations to maximize your exercise time. Working to our high energy music, you move between the various stations guided by our instructor who will motivate you to get the most out of your exercise. The circuit changes regularly so there is plenty of variety to give you a head to toe workout!
