Group Training

In addition to our Group Classes, we have specific Group Fitness Training sessions as well. These classes, while still conducted in a group environment, provide additional guidance and support. Our specialist instructors have a diverse range of expertise and in some cases only instruct in their chosen field.
Group classes include Pilates, Muay Thai and others are added during the year. Generally you will be asked to commit to a term for this type of training and the additional costs will vary from group to group. Sometime we have visiting instructors who will run a class for just one term, so keep an eye out for these sessions when they come up.
