We all know how hard it can sometimes be to stay focussed on your exercise program and healthy eating plan. That's why the staff at Beechworth Squash and Fitness Centre are fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainers. They can provide you with that extra motivation and knowledge to achieve your fitness goals.
Whether it be once a week, or five times a week, our personal trainers can give you the personal attention you want to help you stay committed to your program. After your comprehensive health and fitness assessment, our trainers will schedule your one on one exercise sessions to maximise your training time. If you like the outdoors we can also conduct sessions around Beechworth's abundance of ideal outdoor training areas.
If you have a group of friends that likes to exercise together, or you would like to join one of our groups, talk to one of your trainers about group personal training sessions. We also have options of training in privacy at the centre during our shut down hours, and you can talk to any of our Master Personal Trainers about this option.
Our trainers have also received specific instruction in training children and the elderly so you're never too young, or too old, to start exercising.
To finish off your session our Personal Trainers are experienced in stretch massage. This unique skill will ensure that your muscles are stretched and relaxed after your session to promote quicker recovery and have you back ready for your next session in no time!
